Quality
Sales Manager Marc Schumacher (MS) talking to the Quality Manager Rolf Vermaßen (RV).
MS: “The basis of our sales growth is clearly the good quality of products. Also the longstanding cooperation with our customers is based on our excellent quality.”
RV: “This is correct! But in the meantime it has become very hard to adhere to familiar standards and to produce products in a cost-saving and efficient way anyway.”
MS: “Declining market prices and the cost pressure of health insurances, especially after the current health care reform, force us to a more favourable production...”
RV: “Yes, but we have now reached a critical boundary. It is just not possible to produce cheaper any more!”
MS: “But do legislators, health insurances and our customers see it like this?”
RV: “Let’s hope for the best. Eventually, we want to continue investing into product development.”
MS: “This is what B+B excellently contrived to do in the last ten years.”
RV: “ The best example for this is the “Revolution”: excellent design, best equipment, individual adjustment options. I am really positive about this product.”
MS: “The market is also positive about it. This was an exemplary market launch. The good sales figures speak for themselves!”
RV: “We must carry on with it. Only by means of innovative and modern products we will further expand our market position and have satisfied users.”
MS: “ I feel confident we will do just that! And quality has its price, but it also represents a value anyway.”
